Corel выпустили Painter 2020, обновление софта для цифрового рисования с использованием "реальных" инструментов. В новой версии добавлен инструмент Brush Accelerator, а также реализована поддержка ускорения графического процессора для наиболее часто используемых кистей.
В обновлении также представлены две новые категории кистей Fast, включающие 26 отдельных кистей, и обновлены панели выбора цвета, кистей и порядок работы со слоями.
Brush Accelerator и GPU-ускорение
Как заявляют в Corel, основной акцент Painter 2020 — производительность, особенно при работе с очень большими размерами холста или очень большими кистями. Наиболее заметным результатом стало появление Brush Accelerator, инструмента, который запускает автоматический тест в системе пользователя для оптимизации настроек. Тест учитывает количество доступных ядер ЦП, наличие поддержки AVX2 процессором, характеристики GPU и системной памяти.
